They're very experienced at networking; staff (Aaron) is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; very reliable, we've never experienced any down time. Parking is easy, good location. We're 100% happy with them and will continue to use their services for years to come.

We have been using the “Internet Centre” for our office phone lines! The ability to create extensions within our team has streamlined our communication process, allowing initial calls to be routed to reception and then directed to the appropriate team members. Their mobile app ensures we stay connected on the go. One standout feature is that calls made via the app display our office number, which boosts client confidence and centralizes communication, removing dependency on any single individual.
Managing our phone services, including call waiting, IVR setup, SMS service, group calls, call recording, voicemail forwarding, and more, is incredibly user-friendly thanks to their online portal. This self-service capability empowers us to handle call records and flow according to our business needs without needing constant support from the provider.
While many service providers offer similar features, what sets Internet Centre apart is their exceptional customer service. Any time we've had a query or needed setup changes, their team has been remarkably responsive, often resolving issues within minutes. Their proactive approach and quick turnaround time have been consistently impressive. We've never encountered any billing issues either.
We initially started with the “Internet Centre” for one company and were so satisfied that we switched our entire office lines to their service for our other office as well, even recommending them to other businesses. We proudly consider ourselves happy customers!

The Internet Centre came through for us. We tried asking other providers to get internet service in our facility, they were all giving us the run around. The guys at The Internet Centre were able to deliver everything we needed and in time. Amazing customer service and reliable internet.
