Their mobile app ensures we stay connected on the go. One standout feature is that calls made via the app display our office number, which boosts client confidence and centralizes communication, removing dependency on any single individual. Managing our phone services, including call waiting, IVR setup, SMS service, group calls, call recording, voicemail forwarding, and more, is incredibly user-friendly thanks to their online portal.
