Telus have a scheduled maintenance window detailed below which will affect many of the Internet Centre’s customers. Circuits which carry ADSL traffic and most of our fibre traffic into our network core will be affected, as will our Telus upstream connection to the Internet. Colocation customers should not be affected – if the Telus Internet connection is down, traffic will flow via our Shaw connection instead. If the outage causes degraded performance rather than a connection-down situation, it’s possible that the degraded performance will affect colocation customers too.
